The Promptly service

Promptly is a content and discovery website. We publish AI-generated image results, prompt examples, blog articles, and information about digital AI systems. Promptly is not a social network, marketplace for third-party sellers, or on-site ecommerce checkout.

Paid Promptly AI systems are sold as digital downloads through Gumroad. Product pages on Promptly explain the offer and link out. Payment, tax handling, fulfillment, and refunds for those purchases are governed by GumroadΓÇÖs terms and policies, and by any listing details shown on Gumroad.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Promptly. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts

Browsing Promptly generally does not require a Promptly account. If Gumroad requires an account for purchase or download, that relationship is between you and Gumroad.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-copy site content in a way that harms the service or violates law
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the site except where permitted by law
• Use Promptly content to mislead others about the origin of AI-generated material where disclosure is required
• Use the site for unlawful, infringing, or abusive purposes
• Circumvent security or access controls

Intellectual property

Promptly branding, site design, original text, and curated collections are owned by Promptly or its licensors. You may view and use free prompts and examples for personal or internal business use as presented on the site, unless a page says otherwise.

Paid systems purchased on Gumroad are licensed according to the product listing and GumroadΓÇÖs terms. Do not redistribute paid packs as if they were free public content.

AI tools and third-party platforms (for example ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gumroad, Google) remain subject to their own terms. Promptly does not grant you rights to those platforms.

AI-generated content and results

Gallery images and sample outputs are examples of AI-assisted creation. Results vary by model, settings, and your edits. Prompts are starting points, not guarantees of a specific commercial outcome, ranking result, or legal clearance for trademarks, likenesses, or copyrighted styles.

You are responsible for how you use prompts and outputs, including reviewing content before publishing and complying with the rules of any AI tool you use.

Advertising

The site may display third-party advertisements, including Google AdSense. Ad content is provided by third parties. Promptly is not responsible for advertiser claims or destinations linked from ads.

Third-party links and services

Promptly links to third-party sites and services, including Gumroad, social platforms, and AI tools. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of those services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Disclaimers

The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that prompts or systems will produce any specific result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Promptly and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or reliance on any content.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the site will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Promptly (if any) for the specific paid product giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50). Because purchases are processed on Gumroad, payment disputes for digital products may also need to be handled through Gumroad.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Promptly and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your outputs, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Changes to the site and Terms

We may update the site and these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change when Terms are revised. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Termination

We may suspend or stop providing access to the site at any time, including if we believe you violated these Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where PromptlyΓÇÖs operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue for disputes that cannot be resolved informally, subject to those mandatory protections.
